Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Håkan Bergendahl got the match started through his kick off. Vaxholm's Sven Vestberg couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 4th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Vessigebro. 5 minutes into the game, Vaxholm's Joel Lundberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonatan Mellin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Vaxholm's Joel Lundberg got a free kick in the 8th minute. Karl-Erik Hedin hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Ernst Björkkvist struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Robert Kvarnström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vessigebro. The supporters of Vaxholm booed when Vessigebro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikael Snäll didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonatan Mellin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Blomkvist in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25thth minute of the game Jesper Johnsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vessigebro's Jonatan Mellin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vessigebro's Jonatan Mellin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Blomkvist in the 26th minute of play. After 27 minutes of play, Vaxholm's Magnus Gallin made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonatan Mellin was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 29th minute Joel Lundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Mellin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Kvarnström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikael Snäll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vessigebro's goalkeeper Jonatan Mellin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 36 played minutes Vaxholm got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Blomkvist. If Mikael Snäll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Vessigebro booed when Vaxholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kennet Lundström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Vaxholm's Kennet Lundström got a free kick in the 41st minute. Mikael Snäll received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Robert Kvarnström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Joel Lundberg took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonatan Mellin. Jonatan Mellin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 54th match minute, Vaxholm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Lundberg to maneuver through the defense. After 56 played minutes Vaxholm got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Åke Norström. In the 63rd minute, Håkan Bergendahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mikael Snäll sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernt Berglund during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 67 minutes into the game, one of Vaxholm:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Vessigebro. Håkan Bergendahl stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Robert Kvarnström. 1-3. Michael Åberg kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. If Mikael Snäll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robert Kvarnström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Håkan Bergendahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute, Mikael Snäll got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Håkan Bergendahl blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Robert Kvarnström having to make a save. When Mikael Snäll came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Vessigebro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikael Snäll couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes into the match, Håkan Bergendahl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Kvarnström. Vaxholm's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Håkan Bergendahl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vaxholm walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
