Patrik Hedman kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Erling Johansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvar Billberg in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to Dingle FF getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Patrik Hedman hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the game, Dan Modig was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wolverine Attack Squad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dingle FF the free kick. The supporters of Wolverine Attack Squad booed when Dingle FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göran Ahlfors didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Nils Utter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ingvar Andberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 23 minutes into the match, Patrik Hedman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ingvar Andberg. Wolverine Attack Squad's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patrik Hedman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After some careless play in the Wolverine Attack Squad defense, Göran Ahlfors kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ingvar Andberg. The Wolverine Attack Squad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ingvar Andberg should have stopped the shot. Ingvar Andberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Hedman in the 36th minute of play. Ingvar Andberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göran Ahlfors, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the game, Dingle FF's Nils Utter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ingvar Andberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 48th minute Göran Ahlfors shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Andberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nils Utter was the one to do the kick off. Göran Ahlfors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute of the match, Nils Utter got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ingvar Andberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Alvar Billberg's late challenge caught a Dingle FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvar Billberg helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Wolverine Attack Squad getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Alvar Billberg hit a great ball. Dingle FF's Nils Utter got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nils Utter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Ingvar Andberg made a huge save. Nils Utter got in the 67th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Ingvar Andberg handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Olle Henriksson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erling Johansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. If Nils Utter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göran Ahlfors was extremely unlucky when he, in the 74th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ingvar Andberg made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Nils Utter sent off a good shot on target. After 79 minutes, Nils Utter made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Wolverine Attack Squad's Ingvar Andberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils-Erik Glanselius in the 83rd minute of play forced Wolverine Attack Squad's goalkeeper Ingvar Andberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Andberg didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 84th minute, which inside left pole to 0-6. Dingle FF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
