Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ove Willig started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes into the match, Bohusläns Pärlor's Björn Springfält sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Michael Björkkvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bohusläns Pärlor's Björn Springfält got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Fredric Skark came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Bohusläns Pärlor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fredric Skark couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Birger Lundhberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bohusläns Pärlor's supporters rose to their feet, but Birger Lundhberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michael Björkkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 12 minutes into the match, Österbybruk's goal looked a bit too open when Fredric Skark came free, but Michael Björkkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michael Björkkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Björn Springfält, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute, Kasper Ekeberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ingmar Hamnberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Petter Qvalfeldt made a huge save. Björn Springfält recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Fredric Skark managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bohusläns Pärlor's supporters rose to their feet, but Fredric Skark was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michael Björkkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Björn Springfält had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michael Björkkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conny Klintæus in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Ingmar Hamnberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Österbybruk's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingmar Hamnberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petter Qvalfeldt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Björn Springfält fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Björkkvist having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Björn Springfält was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Björn Springfält managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bohusläns Pärlor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Björn Springfält was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henrik Alebeck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd match minute, Österbybruk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommy Häll to maneuver through the defense. Conny Klintæus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Michael Björkkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Fredric Skark managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bohusläns Pärlor's supporters rose to their feet, but Fredric Skark was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michael Björkkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Österbybruk's Michael Björkkvist got control of the ball when Kasper Ekeberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th minute, Björn Springfält got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Fredric Skark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fredric Skark might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Michael Björkkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fredric Skark ran back to his position shaking his head. Michael Björkkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredric Skark in the 94th minute of play. Björn Springfält fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Björkkvist having to interfere.
