The supporters of Torpshammar booed when Öje was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils-Emil Dahlbom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erik Stephansson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sebastian Wiklund showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. After having played for 17 minutes, Sebastian Wiklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Torpshammar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Wiklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Sandström in the 22nd minute of play forced Torpshammar's goalkeeper Gilbert Österberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dag Fribäck hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. When Kent Giöck fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Torpshammar's protests and gave Kent Giöck a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Torpshammar's Kent Giöck got a free kick in the 27th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Viktor Sandström made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Torpshammar's zone, Eddie Kjellbom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilbert Österberg came out of the goal and Eddie Kjellbom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Torpshammar's Gilbert Österberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktor Sandström in the 55th minute of play. Erik Stephansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Wiklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Torpshammar's goalkeeper Gilbert Österberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eddie Kjellbom. Olov Pettersson charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When Viktor Sandström came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Öje fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viktor Sandström couldn't finish the play. Alexander Johnsson kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the game Kåre Målare kicked a great long shot which passed Gilbert Österberg straight ahead into the goal, Result 2-3. One couldn't see Kåre Målare behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. In the 81st minute, Gösta Liljeström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alexander Johnsson hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, Öje's goal looked a bit too open when Hjalmar Mogren came free, but Erik Stephansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilbert Österberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Sandström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torpshammar's Gilbert Österberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Torpshammar from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute Sebastian Wiklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Stephansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gösta Liljeström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Viktor Sandström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle went the supporters of Öje were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Torpshammar side.
