Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. George Berg started the match with the kick off. Alexander Svanström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Otto Strömberg made a huge save. When Viktor Sandström came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Öje fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viktor Sandström couldn't finish the play. Viktor Sandström scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Otto Strömberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Viktor Sandström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Otto Strömberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Otto Strömberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexander Svanström in the 14th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Sten Ekström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nättraby IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Öje the free kick. Sten Ekström kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Sandström in the 22nd minute of play forced Nättraby IK's goalkeeper Otto Strömberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Otto Strömberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Sandström in the 24th minute of play. Otto Strömberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Inge Skager went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Alexander Svanström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otto Strömberg having to interfere. After 35 minutes, Eddie Kjellbom made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Nättraby IK's Otto Strömberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eddie Kjellbom got free with Otto Strömberg in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 41 minutes into the match, Viktor Sandström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Otto Strömberg, 4-0. Otto Strömberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Sandström in the 46th minute of the match. Viktor Sandström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Otto Strömberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The audience was convinced that Eddie Kjellbom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Otto Strömberg was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Tommy Uggla hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Otto Strömberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Svanström, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 65 minutes into the game, Matthias Lundin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erik Stephansson. Matthias Lundin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. A collision led to Öje getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Inge Skager hit a great ball. Tommy Uggla struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Erik Stephansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nättraby IK. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddie Kjellbom in the 72nd minute of play forced Nättraby IK's goalkeeper Otto Strömberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tommy Uggla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If George Berg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otto Strömberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viktor Sandström, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Eddie Kjellbom took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Otto Strömberg. Otto Strömberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Tommy Uggla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute Eddie Kjellbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otto Strömberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Nättraby IK's Sten Ekström got a free kick in the 84th minute. Nättraby IK's Otto Strömberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktor Sandström in the 88th minute of play. Otto Strömberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddie Kjellbom in the 89th minute of the match. After 90 played minutes Nättraby IK got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Uggla. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Sandström in the 94th minute of play forced Nättraby IK's goalkeeper Otto Strömberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute Viktor Sandström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otto Strömberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 98th minute, Viktor Sandström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Öje fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Öje's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
