Slaktarna AB were furious when Johannes Blomqvist was red carded, 10 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 17 minutes into the match, Doloures Price's goal looked a bit too open when Marko Kolberg came free, but Edgar Sundberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Marko Kolberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 19 played minutes Doloures Price got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Bergman. Jonny Frisk hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marko Kolberg during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Doloures Price booed when Slaktarna AB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marko Kolberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Michael Godholm notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Slaktarna AB's Sakarias Lindkvist. Sakarias Lindkvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Sven-Åke Eliasson took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Sakarias Lindkvist to make any attempt to save it. 32 minutes into the game, Joachim Björklund recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sakarias Lindkvist. Joachim Björklund showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. A hard shot 36 in the game by Michael Godholm from a close distance when the talented Sakarias Lindkvist managed to make a qualified save. Slaktarna AB's players were relieved. Rolf Alberg struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Edgar Sundberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Slaktarna AB. After a defensive mix-up in Doloures Price's zone, Rolf Alberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Sundberg came out of the goal and Rolf Alberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rdth minute of the game Sven-Åke Eliasson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Slaktarna AB's Sakarias Lindkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 47th minute, Kjell Jonasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michael Godholm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Kjell Jonasson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Slaktarna AB's supporters rose to their feet, but Kjell Jonasson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgar Sundberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 60 minutes, Rolf Alberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Slaktarna AB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rolf Alberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Doloures Price's goalkeeper Edgar Sundberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolf Alberg. After 65 played minutes Slaktarna AB got a freekick which was hit by Rolf Alberg. After a defensive mix-up in Doloures Price's zone, Marko Kolberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Sundberg came out of the goal and Marko Kolberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mattias Ahlbeck hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Godholm in the 74th minute of play forced Slaktarna AB's goalkeeper Sakarias Lindkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sakarias Lindkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Godholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 79 played minutes Doloures Price got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Ahlbeck. After a rather tough play, Slaktarna AB's Marko Kolberg got a free kick in the 80th minute. Sakarias Lindkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joachim Björklund in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th match minute, Doloures Price was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Frisk to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the match, Slaktarna AB's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Godholm came free, but Sakarias Lindkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Slaktarna AB's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
