Scruffy Nerfherders's Olov Andreasson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Scruffy Nerfherders from getting a goal against them. Erling Bocklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Olov Andreasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute of the match Niclas Strand shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Boris Snäll showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Viktor Kaxe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Olov Andreasson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Morgan Alebäck during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Scruffy Nerfherders getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Morgan Alebäck hit a great ball. When Kurt Fagrell came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Scruffy Nerfherders fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kurt Fagrell couldn't finish the play. After 40 minutes, Vidar Kihlman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jävrebyn and the Scruffy Nerfherders players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Jävrebyn's Vidar Kihlman got a free kick in the 40th minute. Scruffy Nerfherders's Anthon Biörk couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Jävrebyn. In the 44th minute, Jävrebyn's Erling Bocklund ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Olov Andreasson. Olov Andreasson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erling Bocklund to make the kick off. Boris Snäll made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Stig-Åke Kellman sent off a good shot on target. Jävrebyn's Erling Bocklund got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jävrebyn were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Scruffy Nerfherders's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Olof Hökkvist took the corner. The corner led Jävrebyn's Olof Hökkvist to fire away a dangerous shot which Olov Andreasson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Olov Andreasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Kaxe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olov Andreasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erling Bocklund in the 71st minute of the match. Rolf Söderqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erling Bocklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olov Andreasson having to interfere. Erling Bocklund scored 3-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olov Andreasson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Scruffy Nerfherders's Olov Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilgot Alströmmer in the 80th minute of play. Erling Bocklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olov Andreasson having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Erling Bocklund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olov Andreasson. Scruffy Nerfherders's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erling Bocklund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Vilgot Alströmmer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olof Hökkvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Olov Andreasson. Jävrebyn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rolf Söderqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kurt Fagrell in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boris Snäll prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jävrebyn's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
