Spectators: 7490 (Terracing: 5618, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Michael Kiempe started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Gyttorp's goalkeeper John Brander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michael Kiempe. Michael Kiempe came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and John Brander could save by the left post. A collision led to The FlyFishers Club getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Henry Hammarström hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Charles Axelsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gyttorp's John Brander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Gyttorp from getting a goal against them. John Vibjörnsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Karl-Erik Lang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henry Hammarström hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. John Vibjörnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 36th match minute, Gyttorp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torbjörn Enegren to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mathias Ivarsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Harry Ahlquist kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Gyttorp's John Brander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Pedersson in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Lars-Erik Tolsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gyttorp's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The FlyFishers Club the free kick. The FlyFishers Club made a substitution. Ulf Alberg replaced Henry Hammarström. After a rather tough play, Gyttorp's Lars-Erik Tolsson got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 65th minute, Bengt Hedkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Charlie Hökqvist was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 66 minutes into the match. The referee gave The FlyFishers Club a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Charles Axelsson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gyttorp's John Brander. 1-0. 72 minutes into the match, Hans Pedersson notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Gyttorp's John Brander. John Brander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. John Brander came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by The FlyFishers Club's Michael Kiempe. But to his dismay, Michael Kiempe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. John Brander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulf Alberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. John Brander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Kiempe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gyttorp's John Brander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Kiempe in the 94th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. The FlyFishers Club had played much better football throughout.
