Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Esbjörn Vik started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Karesuando RK's goalkeeper Oliver Allbom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by André Björkdal. Karesuando RK's Oliver Allbom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Karesuando RK from getting a goal against them. Domarnas IF's Hubert Strömbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esbjörn Vik in the 14th minute of play. Hubert Strömbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Martinsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Martinsson in the 16th minute of play forced Domarnas IF's goalkeeper Hubert Strömbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Domarnas IF's goal looked a bit too open when Esbjörn Vik came free, but Hubert Strömbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hubert Strömbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esbjörn Vik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Esbjörn Vik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hubert Strömbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Ivarsson in the 33rd minute of the match. Esbjörn Vik took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hubert Strömbom. Hubert Strömbom dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. André Björkdal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Oliver Allbom made a huge save. If André Björkdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute Samuel Martinsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hubert Strömbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Esbjörn Vik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the game, Karesuando RK's Esbjörn Vik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hubert Strömbom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niclas Sandström to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Björkdal in the 53rd minute of play forced Karesuando RK's goalkeeper Oliver Allbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Domarnas IF getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Jens-Erik Wiman hit a great ball. Esbjörn Vik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Hubert Strömbom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Niclas Sandström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Niclas Sandström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Allbom having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niclas Sandström in the 69th minute of play forced Karesuando RK's goalkeeper Oliver Allbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hubert Strömbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esbjörn Vik, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esbjörn Vik in the 77th minute of play forced Domarnas IF's goalkeeper Hubert Strömbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hubert Strömbom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Esbjörn Vik's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Gustav Lönn charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustav Lönn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gustav Lönn hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Inge Lindberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Domarnas IF's goal looked a bit too open when Esbjörn Vik came free, but Hubert Strömbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Esbjörn Vik reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hubert Strömbom. The goal made the score 1-3. Karesuando RK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
