Nils Vennerlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Hermansson in the 5th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Börje Engström during the 7th minute. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by John Wallgren got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 9th match minute, Grundsund RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Folke Juhlin to maneuver through the defense. John Wallgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Nils Vennerlund made a huge save. Johan Bergman hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Nils Vennerlund was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Östen Groth. In the 19th minute Jonatan Hermansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Vennerlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils Vennerlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Wallgren in the 23rd minute. Nils Vennerlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Hermansson in the 25th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Börje Engström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Ove Svartengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Magnus Ahlbom to strike the kick off in the second half. Grundsund RK's Nils Vennerlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Hermansson in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th match minute, Lajksjöberg IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Östen Ahlén to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, John Wallgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Grundsund RK's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Hermansson came free, but Nils Vennerlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Ove Svartengren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Magnus Ahlbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Grundsund RK's Nils Vennerlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Wallgren in the 80th minute of play. After 85th play minutes Magnus Ahlbom shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Sven-Ove Svartengren and just under the crossbar into goal. Börje Engström succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 90th playminute.
