Axel Brander struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Jesper Böcklund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kärrgruvan IF. Rickard Bolin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Joseph Alrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joseph Alrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Staffan Berglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Rickard Bolin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joseph Alrot having to make a save. Joseph Alrot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Staffan Berglund went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Jens-Ola Hjortberg hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Brander in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesper Böcklund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 24 minutes of play, BK Tåfjutt's Staffan Berglund made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joseph Alrot was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kärrgruvan IF's goalkeeper Joseph Alrot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Jesper Böcklund managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Kärrgruvan IF's Sven-Ove Helberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd rose to their feet as Kärrgruvan IF's Axel Brander slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jesper Böcklund. That made the score 1-2 after 39 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Axel Brander took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Jesper Böcklund to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, BK Tåfjutt's Mikael Stabbe got a free kick in the 48th minute.

53 minutes into the game, Vilhelm Carlberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Tåfjutt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kärrgruvan IF the free kick. The supporters of Kärrgruvan IF booed when BK Tåfjutt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilhelm Carlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. BK Tåfjutt's Jesper Böcklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Brander in the 55th minute of play. Axel Brander took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jesper Böcklund. Jesper Böcklund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Vilhelm Carlberg struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Joseph Alrot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Tåfjutt. In the 64th minute of the match BK Tåfjutt got a corner. Kärrgruvan IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jens-Ola Hjortberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. 65 minutes into the match, BK Tåfjutt's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Ove Helberg came free, but Jesper Böcklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Kärrgruvan IF getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Axel Brander hit a great ball. Jesper Böcklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Ove Helberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jesper Böcklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hannes Wikander, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Jesper Böcklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Ove Helberg in the 78th minute of play. After some careless play in the BK Tåfjutt defense, Axel Brander kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jesper Böcklund. The BK Tåfjutt fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jesper Böcklund should have stopped the shot. Jesper Böcklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Ove Helberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5-2 became the score in the 90th minute when Sven-Ove Helberg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Sven-Ove Helberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jesper Böcklund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. In the 97th minute Sven-Ove Helberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesper Böcklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
