Viggo Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils-Emil Lindström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alf Hjelm got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-0 in the right cross in the 25th match minute before Fritz Forsberg had time to react. 28 minutes into the match, BK Bröt's goal looked a bit too open when Conny Örtlund came free, but Viggo Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Conny Örtlund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Viggo Benet was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Alf Hjelm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ljusfallshammar IK's Fritz Forsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wictor Asplund in the 53rd minute of play. Edmund Beckeman charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edmund Beckeman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of BK Bröt booed when Ljusfallshammar IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmund Beckeman didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wictor Asplund in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fritz Forsberg saved Ljusfallshammar IK from getting behind. If Conny Örtlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conny Örtlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Viggo Benet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alf Hjelm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viggo Benet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Emil Lindström in the 98th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The BK Bröt fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ljusfallshammar IK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
