After a defensive mix-up in Ljusfallshammar IK's zone, Anthony Avila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fritz Forsberg came out of the goal and Anthony Avila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ljusfallshammar IK's Fritz Forsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Avila in the 17th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sigvard Mogren during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sigvard Mogren hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Philip Walroth hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. When The Rats's José Carlos White in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ljusfallshammar IK's Fritz Forsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Avila in the 34th minute of play. José Carlos White sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tord Samuelsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Emil Lindström in the 42nd minute of the match. After 43 minutes, Anthony Avila made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Ljusfallshammar IK's Fritz Forsberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Carlos White was the one to do the kick off. In the 66th minute, José Carlos White got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Ljusfallshammar IK's goal looked a bit too open when Anthony Avila came free, but Fritz Forsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Carlos White in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fritz Forsberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nils-Emil Lindström kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Ljusfallshammar IK's goal looked a bit too open when Anthony Avila came free, but Fritz Forsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Nils-Emil Lindström notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of The Rats's Tord Samuelsson. Tord Samuelsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. José Carlos Whites short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Fritz Forsberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Rats's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
