He was immediately shown a red card. 2 minutes into the game, one of Oskarshamn IFK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Kristian Lind took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthony Avila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute The Rats were awarded a corner. 狄凡杰 went to the cornerflag to take it. Kristian Lind stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Carlos White's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute, José Carlos White fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kristian Lind, passed just outside the right post. Kristian Lind made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when José Carlos White sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Oskarshamn IFK's Petter Andreasson got a free kick in the 26th minute. The supporters of The Rats booed when Oskarshamn IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henric Hökkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kristian Lind came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by The Rats's Per-Olof Lind. But to his dismay, Per-Olof Lind quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 42nd minute, 狄凡杰 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner ended in Ludvig Sandberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but The Rats's Tord Samuelsson did a great save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in Oskarshamn IFK's zone, Anthony Avila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristian Lind came out of the goal and Anthony Avila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute, José Carlos White made a precise shot to the right of Kristian Lind. Oskarshamn IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Oskarshamn IFK's Kristian Lind played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Åke Hamberg in the 59th minute of play. The The Rats fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when The Rats's José Carlos White looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 71 minutes into the match, Oskarshamn IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Anthony Avila came free, but Kristian Lind reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludvig Kjellqvist hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 狄凡杰 struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Kristian Lind didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Rats. In the 79th minute, Anthony Avila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristian Lind was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Kristian Lind didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when The Rats's José Carlos White shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 8-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Oskarshamn IFK's Alfred Stenberg got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 92 minutes of play, The Rats's Nils-Åke Hamberg made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristian Lind was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lennart Matsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Tord Samuelsson made a huge save. There was no doubt that The Rats were the better team. The Rats's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
