The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcus Ek was the one to do the kick off. The referee ignored The Black StarZ's protests and gave Lars-Erik Jakobsson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Nils Liedholm IF booed when The Black StarZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars-Erik Jakobsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, The Black StarZ's goal looked a bit too open when Rune Nilsson came free, but Ralf Klementsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 minutes of play, Nils Liedholm IF's Ove Hake made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
