Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ludvig Kjellqvist got the match started through his kick off. Kristian Lind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ove Hake in the 3rd minute of play. Ove Hake took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristian Lind. Kristian Lind dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 10thth minute of the game Ove Hake who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oskarshamn IFK's Kristian Lind was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ove Hake in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristian Lind saved Oskarshamn IFK from getting behind. Kristian Lind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ove Hake in the 13th minute of play. After 14 played minutes Oskarshamn IFK got a freekick which was hit by Ludvig Kjellqvist. Ludvig Kjellqvist struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Bo-Erik Boklund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oskarshamn IFK. 21 minutes into the match, Oskarshamn IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Östen Olsson came free, but Kristian Lind reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Rune Nilsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nils Liedholm IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Rune Nilsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristian Lind breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ludvig Kjellqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Ove Hake shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Lind saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rune Nilsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oskarshamn IFK's Sören Grubb got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 34 minutes, Alfred Stenberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oskarshamn IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfred Stenberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kristian Lind showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ove Hake in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Stenberg in the 42nd minute of play forced Nils Liedholm IF's goalkeeper Bo-Erik Boklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute of the match Leif Lundgren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kristian Lind showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Oskarshamn IFK booed when Nils Liedholm IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urban Johnsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfred Stenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Bo-Erik Boklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

After 52nd play minutes Östen Olsson shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Kristian Lind and just under the crossbar into goal. With his leg Kristian Lind managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Nils Liedholm IF's Ove Hake fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Nils Liedholm IF booed when Oskarshamn IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Stenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nils Liedholm IF's Östen Olsson got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oskarshamn IFK's Kristian Lind played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Hake in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute, Ove Hake left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nils Liedholm IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Sören Grubb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Oskarshamn IFK's Kristian Lind played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Hake in the 76th minute of play. Kristian Lind showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ove Hake in the 79th minute of the match. A collision led to Oskarshamn IFK getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Alfred Stenberg hit a great ball. Ove Hake's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Kristian Lind skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Sören Grubb came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Oskarshamn IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sören Grubb couldn't finish the play. Alfred Stenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Nils Liedholm IF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
