Esbjörn Asmundsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Walter Björklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Esbjörn Asmundsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Mozarella FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Örtendahl came free, but Esbjörn Asmundsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl Gustavsson kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. The supporters of Berra boys booed when Mozarella FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Zander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Walter Björklund in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Esbjörn Asmundsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 52 played minutes Berra boys got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Ove Colin. Walter Björklund had several of the Mozarella FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 54 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Esbjörn Asmundsson as he didn't even see the shot coming. Berra boys's Sebastian Örtendahl got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mozarella FC's Esbjörn Asmundsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Örtendahl in the 61st minute of play. Sebastian Örtendahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Esbjörn Asmundsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Walter Björklund who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Esbjörn Asmundsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Walter Björklund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berra boys's supporters rose to their feet, but Walter Björklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esbjörn Asmundsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastian Örtendahl struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Mozarella FC's Karl Gustavsson got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Karl Gustavsson off the ground. Walter Björklund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Esbjörn Asmundsson made a huge save. Esbjörn Asmundsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Walter Björklund's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. After 83 minutes of play, Mozarella FC's Ingvar Zander made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gunnar Fagrell was left in no man's land by his defense there! Walter Björklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esbjörn Asmundsson having to interfere. Esbjörn Asmundsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Björklund in the 88th minute of play. With his leg Esbjörn Asmundsson managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Berra boys's Walter Björklund fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
