After a defensive mix-up in IFK Göteborg's zone, Jon Sjöberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernt Tinglöf came out of the goal and Jon Sjöberg tried to chip the ball over his head. Bernt Tinglöf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustav Westerstrand in the 5th minute of play. Jan-Ove Olofsson hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute, Calle Pihl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustav Westerstrand in the 14th minute of play forced IFK Göteborg's goalkeeper Bernt Tinglöf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johan Andreasson made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Jan-Ove Olofsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 19thth minute of the game Marcus Lindström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Göteborg's Bernt Tinglöf was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bernt Tinglöf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell Olsson in the 20th minute of play. After 30 minutes, Thomas Samuelsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ljungdalen and the IFK Göteborg players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of IFK Göteborg booed when Ljungdalen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Samuelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernt Tinglöf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustav Westerstrand in the 33rd minute of the match. The wind increased when Jon Sjöberg made the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Ljungdalen's Bernt Tinglöf threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcus Lindström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, IFK Göteborg's Bernt Tinglöf got control of the ball when Jon Sjöberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. IFK Göteborg's Bernt Tinglöf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustav Westerstrand in the 53rd minute of play. IFK Göteborg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evert Klementsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernt Tinglöf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Lindström in the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, IFK Göteborg's goalkeeper Bernt Tinglöf had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jon Sjöberg. Bernt Tinglöf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustav Westerstrand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernt Tinglöf made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. With an all-out effort, Ljungdalen's Bernt Tinglöf threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcus Lindström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Corrado Piermattei in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Johan Andreasson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bernt Tinglöf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustav Westerstrand in the 84th minute of play. With a little luck, IFK Göteborg's Bernt Tinglöf got control of the ball when Jon Sjöberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jon Sjöberg got free with Bernt Tinglöf in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernt Tinglöf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Lindström, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. IFK Göteborg's Bernt Tinglöf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Lindström in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Jon Sjöberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernt Tinglöf. IFK Göteborg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jon Sjöberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6.
