Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ljungdalen's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. BK Västra's Simon Holmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Vollander in the 79th minute of play. Kasper Berg kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Conny Skarkman's late challenge caught a Ljungdalen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conny Skarkman helped the player get up and apologised. 84 minutes into the match, BK Västra's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Lindström came free, but Simon Holmberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Isak Danielsson in the 90th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by BK Västra's Birger Hybbert. A collision led to Ljungdalen getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Kjell Olsson hit a great ball. Ljungdalen played a much better game than BK Västra and deserved their victory. The BK Västra players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
