Esbjörn Alrot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joar Dalman having to interfere. After having played for 19 minutes, Nicklas Hellkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bristol city's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicklas Hellkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Nicklas Hellkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. When Claes Sjöberg came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Furix fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claes Sjöberg couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd match minute, Furix was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Magnusson to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute, Torbjörn Åström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Furix booed when Bristol city was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torbjörn Åström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Furix's Joar Dalman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicklas Hellkvist in the 86th minute of play. Joar Dalman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Esbjörn Alrot in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Villiam Godholm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Furix's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bristol city the free kick. Villiam Godholm hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Joar Dalman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicklas Hellkvist in the 92nd minute of play. Nils Pettersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manfred Kilberg having to interfere. After some careless play in the Furix defense, Esbjörn Alrot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joar Dalman. The Furix fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joar Dalman should have stopped the shot. The Bristol city supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bristol city would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
