Rickard Mickelsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Simon Söderberg having to make a save. Fred Dahlkvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Simon Söderberg. Svint Clviя FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ted Ahlbom in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simon Söderberg saved Svint Clviя FC from getting behind. After some careless play in the Svint Clviя FC defense, Ted Ahlbom kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Simon Söderberg. The Svint Clviя FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Simon Söderberg should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rickard Mickelsson made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Nicklas Blomberg had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rickard Mickelsson during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wiktor Wallander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erik Björklund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. But to his dismay, Wiktor Wallander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Wiktor Wallander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Björklund having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Rutger Isaksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Svint Clviя FC's Simon Söderberg got control of the ball when Rickard Mickelsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Simon Söderberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rickard Mickelsson went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Deje Capitals defense, Urban Kjellkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erik Björklund. The Deje Capitals fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erik Björklund should have stopped the shot. If Rickard Mickelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rickard Mickelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Deje Capitals eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
