After a defensive mix-up in Gysinge's zone, Otto Vennerlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunnar Lundhberg came out of the goal and Otto Vennerlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Otto Vennerlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunnar Lundhberg having to interfere. In the 35th match minute, Munktorp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Walroth to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olov Ekberg in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tage Säf saved Munktorp from getting behind. In the 42nd minute, Otto Vennerlund made a precise shot to the right of Gunnar Lundhberg. Gysinge's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2.

The wind increased when Otto Vennerlund made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Munktorp's Uno Fransson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gunnar Lundhberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Kim Berggren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Otto Vennerlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 70th match minute, Munktorp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Alén to maneuver through the defense. If Per Matsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kim Berggren fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gysinge's protests and gave Kim Berggren a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Munktorp booed when Gysinge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kim Berggren didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Gysinge's Joacim Strömbom got a free kick in the 76th minute. Gysinge's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Otto Vennerlund scored to the left of an out of position Gunnar Lundhberg, making the score, 0-3. In the 83rd minute Benjamin Ivarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Lundhberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Otto Vennerlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Gunnar Lundhberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmund Walroth hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Munktorp's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
