Fabian Billock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kurt Ström during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th match minute, Kvarnbergsplan IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikael Nordström to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, Kvarnbergsplan IF's goal looked a bit too open when Cachari Ghoshal came free, but Roberto da Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Max Ahlerot in the 28th minute of play forced 68 United's goalkeeper Fabian Billock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerry Lundgren's late challenge caught a Kvarnbergsplan IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Kvarnbergsplan IF's zone, Ball Foote stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roberto da Fonseca came out of the goal and Ball Foote tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute, Boruc Cerocki fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Roberto da Fonseca, passed just outside the right post. 68 United's Fabian Billock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Ahlerot in the 37th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mikael Nordström during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of 68 United booed when Kvarnbergsplan IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikael Nordström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cachari Ghoshal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto da Fonseca having to interfere. The 68 United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kvarnbergsplan IF were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cachari Ghoshal to strike the kick off in the second half. Hannes Askelöf struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Fabian Billock didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kvarnbergsplan IF. Cachari Ghoshal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Roberto da Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kvarnbergsplan IF's Roberto da Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cachari Ghoshal in the 57th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Hannes Askelöf got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cachari Ghoshal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto da Fonseca having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Magne Holmberg in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roberto da Fonseca saved Kvarnbergsplan IF from getting behind. Roberto da Fonseca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cachari Ghoshal's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Cachari Ghoshal made a precise shot to the right of Roberto da Fonseca. Kvarnbergsplan IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Roberto da Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cachari Ghoshal, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Fabian Billock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Hökkvist in the 88th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Boruc Cerocki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Max Ahlerot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
