Alfons Myr breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Guldhedstornet BK's goalkeeper Alfons Myr, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Bukkus Bonk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto da Fonseca was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Paul Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kvarnbergsplan IF's Frank Asklöv was substituted for Hannes Askelöf. In the 46th match minute, Guldhedstornet BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einar Sjö to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Nicklas Koch hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Bukkus Bonk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Roberto da Fonseca made a huge save. Alfons Myr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Asklöv in the 65th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Guldhedstornet BK got a freekick which was hit by Nicklas Koch. An unexpectedly hard shot by Max Ahlerot in the 70th minute of play forced Guldhedstornet BK's goalkeeper Alfons Myr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bukkus Bonk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kvarnbergsplan IF's Roger Hökkvist was substituted for Paul Sundberg. When Vilhelm Billberg came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Kvarnbergsplan IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilhelm Billberg couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Guldhedstornet BK getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Einar Sjö hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Max Ahlerot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Max Ahlerot put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alfons Myr.
