The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Max Ahlerot was the one to do the kick off. The Kvarnbergsplan IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roberto da Fonseca should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Ryssby FK's zone, Paul Sundberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johannes Mattsson came out of the goal and Paul Sundberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ryssby FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Marko Gustafsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto da Fonseca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kvarnbergsplan IF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
