Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Överlida's Stig Tunander started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Per Jonasson charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per Jonasson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Överlida getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Per Jonasson hit a great ball. In the 11th minute, Karl-Axel Viklund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ryssby FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Per Jonasson hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute of the match Kristoffer Rosendahl sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucas Målare skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marko Gustafsson in the 29th minute of play forced Överlida's goalkeeper Lucas Målare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christer Bokelund got free with Johannes Mattsson in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adam Beckström kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Stig Tunander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Mattsson having to interfere. Stig Tunander hit a great ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Robin Palmquist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ryssby FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robin Palmquist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Marko Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ryssby FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Marko Gustafsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Målare breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stig Tunander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Johannes Mattsson having to make a save. Robin Palmquist's late challenge caught a Överlida's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Målare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ryssby FK. With his leg Lucas Målare managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Ryssby FK's Marko Gustafsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 74th match minute, Ryssby FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Hellström to maneuver through the defense. Lucas Målare made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl-Axel Viklund in the 78th minute. A nice corner shot did that Mats Aronsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucas Målare quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Stig Tunander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robin Palmquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Målare having to interfere. Ryssby FK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
