An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Pilgren in the 13th minute of play forced Överlida's goalkeeper Lucas Målare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, The Simpsons's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Magnus Kilman came free, but Kurt Hafström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Gustaf Andreasson took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Lucas Målare to make any attempt to save it. Kurt Hafström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christer Bokelund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elof Lindholm in the 27th minute of play forced Överlida's goalkeeper Lucas Målare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Överlida's Stig Tunander sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kurt Hafström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stig Tunander to strike the kick off in the second half. Lucas Målare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaf Andreasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kurt Hafström made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Karl-Magnus Kilman sent off a good shot on target. Gustaf Andreasson struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Lucas Målare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Simpsons. After a rather tough play, Överlida's Calle Ekgren got a free kick in the 65th minute. The supporters of Överlida booed when The Simpsons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krister Möller didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 played minutes The Simpsons got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Abrahamsson. Adam Beckström struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Kurt Hafström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Överlida. Karl-Magnus Kilman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Kurt Hafström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Simpsons's Kurt Hafström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Jonasson in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, The Simpsons's goalkeeper Kurt Hafström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Magnus Kilman. Kurt Hafström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig Tunander in the 92nd minute of play. The Simpsons's Kurt Hafström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save The Simpsons from getting a goal against them. 94 minutes into the game, Bertil Nyberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Simpsons's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Överlida the free kick. A collision led to The Simpsons getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Bertil Nyberg hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Överlida left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than The Simpsons.
