Sven-Oskar Broman took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bror Stor. Bror Stor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Peter Almqvist's late challenge caught a Björneborg BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Peter Almqvist helped the player get up and apologised. Hisingen FC's Bror Stor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Oskar Broman in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to Hisingen FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Paul Nyman hit a great ball. When Sven-Oskar Broman came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Björneborg BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven-Oskar Broman couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the match, Hisingen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Oskar Broman came free, but Bror Stor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Oskar Broman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 minutes of play, Björneborg BF's Dag Ahlström made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bror Stor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bror Stor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Oskar Broman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Paul Nyman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Björneborg BF fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Björneborg BF's Sven-Oskar Broman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Sven-Oskar Broman had several of the Hisingen FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 56 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Bror Stor as he didn't even see the shot coming. Bror Stor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bror Stor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Oskar Broman's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. When the final whistle sounded Björneborg BF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hisingen FC.
