Spectators: 7474 (Terracing: 5607, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) Mattias Mattsson made the kick off and thus started the match. Olov Stephansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Sjöman, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Gabriel Sjöman took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Olov Stephansson. Olov Stephansson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 10th match minute, Snesudden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Mattsson to maneuver through the defense. After 20 played minutes Snesudden got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Sjöman. In the 23rd minute, Sebastian Kråk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With splendid footwork Kåre Sjögren arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-1 by the left pole in the game's 25th minute. After 31 played minutes Rätan IF got a freekick which was hit by Per-Åke Sandberg. 32 minutes into the match, Snesudden's Oskar Bergström broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 34th minute Mattias Mattsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Stephansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Kåre Sjögren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albin Hedlund was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Gabriel Sjöman kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Rätan IF's Olov Stephansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Mattsson in the 44th minute of play. Per-Åke Sandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kåre Sjögren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Sjöman hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the match, Rätan IF's Kåre Sjögren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albin Hedlund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Martin Walroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kåre Sjögren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mattias Mattsson's late challenge caught a Rätan IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mattias Mattsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd match minute, Snesudden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Mattsson to maneuver through the defense. Albin Hedlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kåre Sjögren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albin Hedlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Walroth, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After a rather tough play, Snesudden's Andreas Fagerberg got a free kick in the 66th minute. Rätan IF's Olov Stephansson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Rätan IF from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Rätan IF booed when Snesudden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Fagerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albin Hedlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kåre Sjögren's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 88th minute Mattias Mattsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Stephansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Snesudden's Mattias Mattsson was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 88th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 93 played minutes, Rätan IF's Mathias Pilberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Albin Hedlund came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rätan IF reached it. The crowd rose to their feet as Sören Alén kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Olov Stephansson. That made the score 2-4 in the 95 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Snesudden walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
