Ingvar Malmberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute of the match TreileBorg FF got a corner. Project X's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Richard Frykberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 7th minute John Gallagher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslaw Bielecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerzy Piechna in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Radoslaw Bielecki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Olenberg in the 17th minute of play forced Project X's goalkeeper Simon Bergsten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 20 played minutes TreileBorg FF got a freekick which was hit by Hannes Samuelsson. TreileBorg FF's Radoslaw Bielecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rio Newton in the 21st minute of play. Simon Bergsten had great luck who in the 23rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Richard Frykberg from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After taking down the ball on TreileBorg FF's corner Richard Frykberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Simon Bergsten quite easily take care of the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Kent Blanck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TreileBorg FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Project X the free kick. Ingmar Törnblom kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Jerzy Piechna made a precise shot to the right of Radoslaw Bielecki. TreileBorg FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jerzy Piechna in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radoslaw Bielecki saved TreileBorg FF from getting behind. In the 44th minute of the match TreileBorg FF got a corner. Project X's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Richard Frykberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TreileBorg FF! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Richard Frykberg to strike the kick off in the second half. TreileBorg FF's Radoslaw Bielecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rio Newton in the 55th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerzy Piechna got free with Radoslaw Bielecki in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 60 minutes into the game, Project X's Jerzy Piechna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Radoslaw Bielecki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 63 minutes into the game, John Gallagher recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Radoslaw Bielecki. John Gallagher showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Project X's Simon Bergsten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Frykberg in the 66th minute of play. If John Gallagher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Radoslaw Bielecki managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Project X's Jerzy Piechna fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Simon Bergsten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Frykberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Gallagher got free with Radoslaw Bielecki in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Piechna in the 76th minute of play forced TreileBorg FF's goalkeeper Radoslaw Bielecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John Gallagher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radoslaw Bielecki having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Klas Smitt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TreileBorg FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Project X the free kick. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TreileBorg FF! After some careless play in the TreileBorg FF defense, John Gallagher kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radoslaw Bielecki. The TreileBorg FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radoslaw Bielecki should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute, TreileBorg FF's Gustav Sandberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gustav Sandberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of TreileBorg FF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gustav Sandberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of TreileBorg FF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Project X:s goal. In the 96th match minute, Project X was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Malmberg to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, TreileBorg FF's Christopher Viklund got a free kick in the 98th minute. Radoslaw Bielecki was a little too slow when John Gallagher got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 100th minute. The score was now 0-8. Project X's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
