Malcolm Almstedt might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ove Åkerman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Malcolm Almstedt ran back to his position shaking his head. Moskosel's Ove Åkerman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Moskosel from getting a goal against them. Simon Kolberg scored 0-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oskar Åström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Oskar Åström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelo Zollino's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Angelo Zollino took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oskar Åström. Oskar Åström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Birger Jansson to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Birger Jansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moskosel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Malcolm Almstedt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3.
