Ifk Kålltorp's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kent Blanck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. TreileBorg FF's Radoslaw Bielecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Odin in the 11th minute of play. Asopos Frangopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anders Olenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexander Pååk during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th match minute, TreileBorg FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Pååk to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute Richard Frykberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asopos Frangopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Hyllos Pezos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Ifk Kålltorp's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Blanck came free, but Asopos Frangopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Asopos Frangopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Frykberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, one of TreileBorg FF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for TreileBorg FF. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hyllos Pezos to make the kick off. TreileBorg FF's Radoslaw Bielecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Odin in the 51st minute of play. When Richard Frykberg fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TreileBorg FF's protests and gave Richard Frykberg a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ifk Kålltorp booed when TreileBorg FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Frykberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Ifk Kålltorp's Tony Uter got a free kick in the 57th minute. After 58 played minutes Ifk Kålltorp got a freekick which was hit by Torbjörn Isaksson. In the 61st match minute, TreileBorg FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tim Borre to maneuver through the defense. Jerry Gunnarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Radoslaw Bielecki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexander Pååk scored 1-3 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Asopos Frangopoulos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77th minute, Tim Borre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the game, TreileBorg FF's Richard Frykberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Asopos Frangopoulos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Asopos Frangopoulos came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by TreileBorg FF's Richard Frykberg. But to his dismay, Richard Frykberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. In the 96th minute, Richard Frykberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Asopos Frangopoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. The TreileBorg FF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing TreileBorg FF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
