Sten Ström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Dubiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 20 minutes of play, Segmon IF's Lars-Erik Lidström made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sten Ström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sten Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Dubiel in the 26th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Robert Dubiel put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Sten Ström. Alfons Glad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tor Bröms in the 31st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emil Bergdal during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sten Ström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leif Löfdahl made a kick off. Assyriska BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Leif Löfdahl scored to the left of an out of position Sten Ström, making the score, 0-8. In the 61stth minute of the game Robert Dubiel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Assyriska BK's Sten Ström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Peter Anselius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Segmon IF's Leif Löfdahl in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sten Ström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. 0-10 became the score in the 73rd minute when Robert Dubiel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Assyriska BK's goal looked a bit too open when Hannes Haraldsson came free, but Sten Ström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Assyriska BK's Sten Ström got control of the ball when Viktor Biörnberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Assyriska BK's Calle Vibjörnsson got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes into the game, Robert Dubiel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Sten Ström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leif Löfdahl got free with Sten Ström in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sten Ström made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Viktor Biörnberg sent off a good shot on target. Calle Vibjörnsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Segmon IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Assyriska BK throughout the match.
