In the 12th minute, Erik Vester left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stockholms Södra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Per Söderberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stockholms Södra's Erik Vester got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Per Söderberg made a precise shot to the right of Joar Skröder. Toshi so good's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Erik Vester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joar Skröder having to interfere. When Erik Vester came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Stockholms Södra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Vester couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Roger Hjortsberg fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stockholms Södra's protests and gave Roger Hjortsberg a yellow card for diving instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Askelöf during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th minute, David Askelöf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nils-Åke Spetz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 57th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 60th minute of the match Stockholms Södra got a corner. Toshi so good's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erik Vester ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Stockholms Södra's corner Erik Vester fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Joar Skröder quite easily take care of the ball. Börge Palmquist kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Toshi so good's Olof Backman got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute of the match Erik Vester sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joar Skröder skillfully saved the ball. Per Söderberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Joar Skröder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Leif Örtendahl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stockholms Södra's supporters rose to their feet, but Leif Örtendahl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joar Skröder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudolf Hård in the 71st minute of play forced Toshi so good's goalkeeper Joar Skröder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henry Gulliksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Stockholms Södra! Nils-Åke Spetz shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After some careless play in the Toshi so good defense, Erik Vester kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joar Skröder. The Toshi so good fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joar Skröder should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Erik Vester's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joar Skröder was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. If Per Söderberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Stockholms Södra players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
