Spectators: 7222 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Einar Carlsson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sture Andersson came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Fenrir BK's Eric Ahlberg. But to his dismay, Eric Ahlberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 31 minutes into the match, Fenrir BK's goal looked a bit too open when Knut Snäll came free, but Jan-Åke Isaksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Juniorerna booed when Fenrir BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell Lind didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ingemar Asserlindh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Andreas Vinström notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Fenrir BK's Jan-Åke Isaksson. Jan-Åke Isaksson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eric Ahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fenrir BK's Einar Carlsson got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lars Wennerström to make the kick off. Juniorerna's Sture Andersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Einar Carlsson in the 55th minute of play. Oscar Smed kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. The supporters of Fenrir BK booed when Juniorerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertil Bogren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute, Einar Carlsson made a precise shot to the right of Sture Andersson. Juniorerna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After having played for 69 minutes, Einar Carlsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fenrir BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Einar Carlsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oscar Smed hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Jan-Åke Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Wennerström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Wennerström in the 91st minute of play forced Fenrir BK's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Isaksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Fenrir BK's Eric Ahlberg got a free kick in the 94th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Fenrir BK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
