In the 5th minute, Tor Stenman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Fánza FC's Östen Forsell got a free kick in the 6th minute. Cloudberry Football Club's Ivar Kvarnström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Cloudberry Football Club from getting a goal against them. Sven-Edvin Soned could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Ivar Kvarnström made a huge save. Sven-Edvin Soned's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Ivar Kvarnström skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Martin Lidberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the game, Östen Forsell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fánza FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cloudberry Football Club the free kick. The supporters of Cloudberry Football Club booed when Fánza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Östen Forsell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leo Hasselqvist struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Ivar Kvarnström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fánza FC. Leo Hasselqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonard Lidman was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 25 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the game, one of Fánza FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Cloudberry Football Club a penalty, 27 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Christian Sjöberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Fánza FC's Roland Wennerqvist. 0-1. Roland Wennerqvist came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Cloudberry Football Club's Martin Lidberg. But to his dismay, Martin Lidberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Cloudberry Football Club's Gottfrid Mårtensson got a free kick in the 35th minute. Martin Lidberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Wennerqvist having to interfere. Gottfrid Mårtensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roland Wennerqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Lidberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Lidberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Roland Wennerqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sven-Edvin Soned was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Mattias Lundin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th match minute, Fánza FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Edvin Soned to maneuver through the defense. After 62 minutes, Sven-Edvin Soned made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Cloudberry Football Club's Ivar Kvarnström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 70 minutes into the match, Fánza FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gottfrid Mårtensson came free, but Roland Wennerqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sven-Edvin Soned came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Fánza FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven-Edvin Soned couldn't finish the play. Ludwig Pilberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivar Kvarnström having to interfere. Leif Arvidsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martin Lidberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Roland Wennerqvist made a huge save. Sven-Edvin Soned sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivar Kvarnström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Soned in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cloudberry Football Club had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
