After 8 played minutes Bayern Munchen got a freekick which was hit by Karl Engström. In the 16th minute Ralf Söderman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aron Holmgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Eddie Jansson notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Hällnäs's Erling Arenstedt. Erling Arenstedt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 31 played minutes Hällnäs got a freekick which was hit by Jon Molin. Eddie Jansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Erling Arenstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Tor Hök ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erling Arenstedt was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Hällnäs's Erling Arenstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristoffer Östman in the 40th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patrik Forsberg was the one to do the kick off. Tor Hök received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Erling Arenstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aresti Albizua charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aresti Albizua the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Hällnäs booed when Bayern Munchen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aresti Albizua didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aresti Albizua got his second yellow card in the match during the 73rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Despite this Erling Arenstedt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kristoffer Östman did an outstanding performance 87 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 5-0 to the right of an irritated Erling Arenstedt in the goal. Tor Hök recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tor Hök in the 93rd minute of play forced Hällnäs's goalkeeper Erling Arenstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Håkan Kruuse's late challenge caught a Hällnäs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Håkan Kruuse helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Hällnäs booed when Bayern Munchen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Håkan Kruuse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aron Holmgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Forsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bayern Munchen had played much better football throughout.
