Spectators: 7493 (Terracing: 5621, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Anton Forssell took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marcus Strandberg was a little too slow when Kurt Berg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. 6 minutes into the match, Brokhult IF's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Backlund came free, but Fred Vallman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven Backlund during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 9th minute, Sven Backlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Glemmingebro's Marcus Strandberg got control of the ball when Kurt Berg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thor Säf took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcus Strandberg. Marcus Strandberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Marcus Strandberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Lund in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell-Arne Lund in the 23rd minute of play forced Glemmingebro's goalkeeper Marcus Strandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcus Strandberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell-Arne Lund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Brokhult IF's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Backlund came free, but Fred Vallman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fred Vallman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Forssell in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute Anton Forssell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Vallman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Strandberg made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Thor Säf sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the game, Sven Backlund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Fred Vallman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th minute of the match, Kurt Berg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marcus Strandberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 47th minute, Jonas Stålberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fred Vallman was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2.

Glemmingebro's Marcus Strandberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell-Arne Lund in the 54th minute of play. Fred Vallman was a little too slow when Jonas Stålberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 3-3. Glemmingebro's Marcus Strandberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell-Arne Lund in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Kurt Berg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brokhult IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. Kjell-Arne Lund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcus Strandberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt Berg in the 74th minute of the match. Fred Vallman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jonas Stålberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-4 in the 77 minute of play. Marcus Strandberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell-Arne Lund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brokhult IF's Fred Vallman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Forssell in the 83rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Kjell-Arne Lund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brokhult IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Kjell-Arne Lund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcus Strandberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victor Siöberg kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The supporters of Glemmingebro booed when Brokhult IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Siöberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcus Strandberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Berg, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After some careless play in the Glemmingebro defense, Kjell-Arne Lund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcus Strandberg. The Glemmingebro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcus Strandberg should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Brokhult IF fully deserved thier win.
