Fred Vallman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Myhr in the 3rd minute of the match. If Rickard Johnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kurt Vidman kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Brokhult IF! The referee gave UDDE FC a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sebastian Lövkvist, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Brokhult IF's Fred Vallman. 0-1. In the 14th minute Rickard Johnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Vallman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Jan Myhr ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fred Vallman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 19thth minute of the game Rickard Johnsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brokhult IF's Fred Vallman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brokhult IF's Fred Vallman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Myhr in the 20th minute of play. Fred Vallman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Myhr in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Jan Myhr managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UDDE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Myhr was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Brokhult IF's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Myhr came free, but Fred Vallman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Rickard Johnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Vallman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fred Vallman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Walmarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute Ralf Kjellman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Vallman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kurt Vidman kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Myhr in the 45th minute of play forced Brokhult IF's goalkeeper Fred Vallman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When UDDE FC's Allan Walmarsson in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brokhult IF's goalie prevented a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ralf Kjellman to make the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Rickard Johnsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Allan Walmarsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Fred Vallman made a huge save. Kurt Berg charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kurt Berg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of UDDE FC booed when Brokhult IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kurt Berg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Brokhult IF's Kjell-Arne Lund got a free kick in the 64th minute. Fred Vallman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Kjellman, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After 68 played minutes UDDE FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Grelsson. 69 minutes into the match, Brokhult IF's Thor Säf broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Fred Vallman made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Rickard Johnsson sent off a good shot on target. After 87 played minutes Brokhult IF got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Vidman. UDDE FC's Sebastian Lövkvist shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 88th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Fred Vallman but with some difficulty. Thanks to some nice moves Rickard Johnsson could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Fred Vallman however easily saved by the left post. Fred Vallman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Myhr, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. UDDE FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
