After 24 played minutes Åhus IF got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Lundhberg. 27 minutes into the match, Åhus IF's goalkeeper Cazimir Stoica had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kurt Berg. Fred Vallman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustav Östensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cazimir Stoica made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Kurt Berg sent off a good shot on target. Kurt Berg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Cazimir Stoica made a huge save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kurt Berg made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Patrick Lundhberg took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Fred Vallman to make any attempt to save it.
