Karl-Johan Vallgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Åke Walmarsson having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Ola Sjöström took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Bengt-Åke Walmarsson to make any attempt to save it. After 16 minutes, Brian Sjögren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Solberga and the NitalarbralatiN players grew even worse after the yellow card. Karl-Johan Vallgren was slow to take the kick. During this time Solberga's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Karl-Johan Vallgren almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but NitalarbralatiN's Bengt-Åke Walmarsson did a great save.
