When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Joachim Groth took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Magne Rosen to make any attempt to save it. Birger Algren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Crispo in the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bobygda AIF's Börje Bruhn got a free kick in the 17th minute. Magne Rosen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joachim Groth's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute, Ruperto Crispo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bobygda AIF's Ruperto Crispo got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. AIK Fotboll's Birger Algren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmie Gunnarsson in the 26th minute of play. Birger Algren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmie Gunnarsson in the 28th minute of the match. AIK Fotboll's Birger Algren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmie Gunnarsson in the 34th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, AIK Fotboll's goal looked a bit too open when Börje Bruhn came free, but Birger Algren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Axel Waller threw the ball into play from the sideline. Bobygda AIF's Georg Törnqvist quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jimmie Gunnarsson was the one to do the kick off. Birger Algren came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bobygda AIF's Jimmie Gunnarsson. But to his dismay, Jimmie Gunnarsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. AIK Fotboll's Birger Algren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmie Gunnarsson in the 64th minute of play. Jimmie Gunnarsson hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Åke Sjöström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Magne Rosen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Joachim Groth sped through Bobygda AIF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Magne Rosen. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimmie Gunnarsson got free with Birger Algren in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bobygda AIF's Georg Törnqvist quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hampus Ström, made in the 82nd minute of the game. AIK Fotboll's Birger Algren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save AIK Fotboll from getting a goal against them. Bobygda AIF's Dan Billock shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 85th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Birger Algren but with some difficulty. 89 minutes into the match, AIK Fotboll's goalkeeper Birger Algren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Börje Bruhn. After 89 minutes, Åke Sjöström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AIK Fotboll and the Bobygda AIF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th match minute, AIK Fotboll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Sjöström to maneuver through the defense. Magne Rosen came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by AIK Fotboll's Joachim Groth. But to his dismay, Joachim Groth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1.
