Gården FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skå FF the free kick. After 10 played minutes Gården FF got a freekick which was hit by Rune Hökqvist. After 13 played minutes Gården FF got a freekick which was hit by Albert Berggren. After 16 minutes, Reine Stabbe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skå FF and the Gården FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Skå FF getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Reine Stabbe hit a great ball. Skå FF's Gösta Lind played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Lundqvist in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, Skå FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agne Ahlberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute, Stig-Åke Wikander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skå FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Valter Dahlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Åke Wikander in the 27th minute of play. In the 27thth minute of the game Stig-Åke Wikander who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gården FF's Valter Dahlberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rune Hökqvist got his second yellow card in the match during the 28th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Gården FF getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Rune Hökqvist hit a great ball. In the 32ndth minute of the game Stig-Åke Wikander who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gården FF's Valter Dahlberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Östen Bohlin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gösta Lind read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Stig-Åke Wikander struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Valter Dahlberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skå FF. In the 36th match minute, Gården FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Berggren to maneuver through the defense. When Östen Bohlin came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Gården FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Östen Bohlin couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Ove Vennerlund in the 42nd minute of play forced Gården FF's goalkeeper Valter Dahlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Skå FF's Stig-Åke Wikander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valter Dahlberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2.

Valter Dahlberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stig-Åke Wikander in the 57th minute. Max Alebeck hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Gården FF's Albert Berggren got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sven-Ove Vennerlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valter Dahlberg having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Skå FF's zone, Östen Bohlin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gösta Lind came out of the goal and Östen Bohlin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stig-Åke Wikander's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Valter Dahlberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Sven-Ove Vennerlund came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Skå FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven-Ove Vennerlund couldn't finish the play. Sven-Ove Vennerlund succeeded in the game's 81st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Valter Dahlberg made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Stig-Åke Wikander sent off a good shot on target. Gården FF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Sven-Ove Vennerlund scored to the left of an out of position Valter Dahlberg, making the score, 0-5. Gården FF's Valter Dahlberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Gården FF from getting a goal against them.
