Without hesitation aimed to the right of Magne Rosen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Georg Törnqvist hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Stig-Åke Wikander charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stig-Åke Wikander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Skå FF's Stig-Åke Wikander got a free kick in the 14th minute. Magne Rosen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stig-Åke Wikander in the 18th minute. In the 27th minute of the match, Sven-Ove Vennerlund tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Magne Rosen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Stig-Åke Wikander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gösta Lind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börje Bruhn in the 44th minute of play. Magne Rosen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Åke Wikander in the 45th minute of the match. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stig-Åke Wikander made a kick off. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 66th minute Sven-Ove Vennerlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Rosen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bobygda AIF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Magne Rosen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Åke Wikander in the 90th minute of play.
