The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Östen Bohlin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kenny Lundqvist firmly grabbed it by the left post. Östen Bohlin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Kenny Lundqvist made a huge save. In the 7th minute, Gården FF's Allan Lundqvist ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kenny Lundqvist. Kenny Lundqvist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 12 minutes into the game, Gården FF's Albert Berggren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kenny Lundqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Gården FF's Östen Bohlin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kenny Lundqvist. That made the score 3-0 after 15 minutes of play. Gården FF's Albert Berggren got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Kenny Lundqvist managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Gården FF's Östen Bohlin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 4-0 became the score in the 29th minute when Östen Bohlin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. GRAPPA's Kenny Lundqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Berggren in the 33rd minute of play. Gården FF's Valter Dahlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svante Fastesson in the 34th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Hugo Brander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valter Dahlberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After 42 played minutes Gården FF got a freekick which was hit by Rune Hökqvist. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

53 minutes into the match, GRAPPA's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Berggren came free, but Kenny Lundqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Allan Lundqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Kenny Lundqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kenny Lundqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Berggren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61 played minutes Gården FF got a freekick which was hit by Östen Bohlin. GRAPPA's Kenny Lundqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Lundqvist in the 64th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Svante Fastesson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Valter Dahlberg, 5-2. Gården FF's Valter Dahlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svante Fastesson in the 70th minute of play. After some careless play in the GRAPPA defense, Allan Lundqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kenny Lundqvist. The GRAPPA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kenny Lundqvist should have stopped the shot. Kenny Lundqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Lundqvist in the 76th minute of the match. Hugo Brander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Valter Dahlberg made a huge save. Kenny Lundqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Östen Bohlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of GRAPPA booed when Gården FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Lundqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Östen Bohlin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kenny Lundqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-2. Kenny Lundqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 95th minute Allan Lundqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenny Lundqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valter Dahlberg made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Mikael Ståhlberg sent off a good shot on target. Gården FF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
