Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sven Lindgren got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute Thor Vestlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Bredberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tor Pihlwall's late challenge caught a Äng's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tor Pihlwall helped the player get up and apologised. Tor Pihlwall kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Äng's Isac Pihlgren tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Frank Zachrisson charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frank Zachrisson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, Frank Zachrisson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victor Bredberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nils Vallengren in the 15th minute. When Robin Sikström fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Äng's protests and gave Robin Sikström a yellow card for diving instead. Tor Pihlwall hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Jens-Ove Ferm struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Emanuel Offendahl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Äng. Victor Bredberg made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Tor Pihlwall sent off a good shot on target. After 25 minutes of play Äng's Frank Zachrisson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Äng getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Frank Zachrisson hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Nils Vallengren could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Victor Bredberg however easily saved by the left post. Robin Sikström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Offendahl having to interfere. Victor Bredberg made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Tor Pihlwall sent off a good shot on target. Victor Bredberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nils Vallengren in the 38th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Edgar Hedström notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Nyvång's Emanuel Offendahl. Emanuel Offendahl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 42nd minute, Sven Lindgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nyvång fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Victor Bredberg was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Thor Vestlund capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Thor Vestlund really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jens-Ove Ferm was the one to do the kick off. Thor Vestlund kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Victor Bredberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Lindgren in the 56th minute of the match. In the 59th minute Sven Lindgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Bredberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Äng's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Vallengren came free, but Victor Bredberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Lindgren in the 65th minute of play forced Äng's goalkeeper Victor Bredberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor Bredberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Vallengren, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. When Robin Sikström came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Äng fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robin Sikström couldn't finish the play. After having played for 79 minutes, Jens-Ove Ferm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Äng's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens-Ove Ferm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute, Hampus Moberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victor Bredberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven Lindgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tor Pihlwall took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victor Bredberg. Victor Bredberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 96th minute, Sven Lindgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Bredberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nyvång had won after a very even match.
