High Ground BK's Ingvar Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Josefsson in the 12th minute of play. When Isak Larsfält came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the High Ground BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isak Larsfält couldn't finish the play. Ingvar Andreasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Josefsson in the 26th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Tommy Hård hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Max Björkdahl who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Holger Wiberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ingvar Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingemar Olsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Max Björkdahl was the one to do the kick off. Ingvar Andreasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingemar Olsson in the 53rd minute of the match. Torsten Duset made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 55thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Ingvar Andreasson would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. The supporters of High Ground BK booed when FC GAIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Duset didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torsten Duset received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Ingvar Andreasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ingvar Andreasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Josefsson in the 65th minute of the match. After 74 played minutes FC GAIS got a freekick which was hit by Ulf Mattsson. Max Björkdahl missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 76 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Holger Wiberg right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Josefsson in the 78th minute of play forced High Ground BK's goalkeeper Ingvar Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. High Ground BK's attentive Isak Larsfält managed to snatch the ball when Tommy Hård made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. Ingvar Andreasson had in the 86thth minute some difficulties stopping Magnus Söderqwist's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. High Ground BK's Ingvar Andreasson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save High Ground BK from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute, FC GAIS's Ingemar Olsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ingvar Andreasson. Ingvar Andreasson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. With a little luck, High Ground BK's Ingvar Andreasson got control of the ball when Ingemar Olsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The High Ground BK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC GAIS's performance. The match ended with a win for FC GAIS.
