After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Gunnar Örtlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skillingaryd IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Gunnar Örtlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingvar Andreasson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kjell Bröms kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the game, Viktor Byström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ingvar Andreasson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ingvar Andreasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Örtlund in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Viktor Byström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ingvar Andreasson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Byström in the 25th minute of play forced High Ground BK's goalkeeper Ingvar Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Ove Ahlström scored 0-5 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ingvar Andreasson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elias Valrot was slow to take the kick. During this time Skillingaryd IFK's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Skillingaryd IFK's Elias Valrot to fire away a dangerous shot which Ingvar Andreasson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, High Ground BK's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Byström came free, but Ingvar Andreasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, High Ground BK's goal looked a bit too open when Gunnar Örtlund came free, but Ingvar Andreasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. One of Skillingaryd IFK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of High Ground BK:s goal. 88 minutes into the game, Jens-Ove Ahlström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ingvar Andreasson. Jens-Ove Ahlström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-10. After a defensive mix-up in High Ground BK's zone, Viktor Byström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ingvar Andreasson came out of the goal and Viktor Byström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ingvar Andreasson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mikael Arvidsson in the 93rd minute. High Ground BK's Ingvar Andreasson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save High Ground BK from getting a goal against them. Richard Morat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The High Ground BK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Skillingaryd IFK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
