High Ground BK's Ingvar Andreasson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save High Ground BK from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kjell Bröms during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 11 played minutes High Ground BK got a freekick which was hit by Kjell Bröms. Ingvar Andreasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Byström in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Max Björkdahl made a precise shot to the right of Aldo Paul. Skillingaryd IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Viktor Byström hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Aldo Paul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Björkdahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Viktor Byström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ingvar Andreasson came out and tried to block the shot, but Viktor Byström slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 19th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Viktor Byström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Ingvar Andreasson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Skillingaryd IFK's Viktor Byström slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ingvar Andreasson. That made the score 3-1 after 33 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per Sillén got free with Ingvar Andreasson in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Viktor Byström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ingvar Andreasson, 4-1. Ingvar Andreasson made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Pål Hellström sent off a good shot on target. If Max Björkdahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per Sillén got free with Ingvar Andreasson in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience thought a goal was coming when Viktor Byström got free with Ingvar Andreasson in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute of the match, Per Sillén got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ingvar Andreasson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Max Björkdahl was the one to do the kick off. Ingvar Andreasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunnar Örtlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, High Ground BK's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Byström came free, but Ingvar Andreasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the High Ground BK defense, Gunnar Örtlund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ingvar Andreasson. The High Ground BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ingvar Andreasson should have stopped the shot. Ingvar Andreasson came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Skillingaryd IFK's Gunnar Örtlund. But to his dismay, Gunnar Örtlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. In the 65th minute Gunnar Örtlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Viktor Byström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ingvar Andreasson was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. 70 minutes into the match, High Ground BK's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Byström came free, but Ingvar Andreasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ingvar Andreasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Örtlund in the 71st minute of the match. If Per Sillén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 minutes of play, Skillingaryd IFK's Gunnar Örtlund made it 9-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ingvar Andreasson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ingvar Andreasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Örtlund in the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Per Sillén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ingvar Andreasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ove Ahlström in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Gunnar Örtlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute Viktor Byström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Max Björkdahl came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the High Ground BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Max Björkdahl couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the Skillingaryd IFK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
