Spectators: 7413 (Terracing: 5643, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 40) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rei Marco took the kick off in the first half of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Arvid Låsberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of William Pihlberg, 1-0. William Pihlberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peder Ahlerot's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Älmestad BK's zone, Peder Ahlerot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. William Pihlberg came out of the goal and Peder Ahlerot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute of the match Edwin Björkman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ingemar Ros showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Peder Ahlerot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Rei Marco came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Älmestad BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rei Marco couldn't finish the play. In the 48th minute, Arvid Låsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Peder Ahlerot made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Peder Ahlerot who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Älmestad BK's William Pihlberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peder Ahlerot in the 63rd minute of play forced Älmestad BK's goalkeeper William Pihlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jaeger United's Peder Ahlerot in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Älmestad BK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 75th minute Peder Ahlerot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Pihlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peder Ahlerot took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised William Pihlberg. William Pihlberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Ingemar Ros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rei Marco in the 92nd minute.
